A slight delay over the holiday weekend was due to unexpected circumstances and I was kept fully informed and of the most helpful was my Toyota handler kept the insurance company and the rental car people fully informed as well. I feel my car and I were treated as well as if we had been in a hospital. I bought my certified Toyota Camry to the Collision Department in Newport for repairs of scratches on the car.  Mr. Kennedy was most helpful, pleasant and accommodating   Erin was very helpful and pleasant as well.  Both of these employees are very customer orientated which made my experience a good one.  Your technicians did a fine job repairing the car.
